Re: Jamaica Rocks Simple answer is because they can. They are so rich in oil wealth compared to their population, (only 5 million) that they can pay. Its kind of like Saudi Arabia, Qatar in that respect, except the government of Norway is as Democratic as democracies can get. Many believe their current course of spending cannot be sustained much beyond a few more decades. But in the meantime, everyone is happy. Lots of immigration happening now in Norway, and they are finding it more and more difficult to adapt to it.

Dg let me know if im wrong. We should all move there because they have alot of oil and pay high wages. Then when they run out of oil like predicted we can collect a generous unemployment check. Sounds like a win win to me:lol:

Re: Jamaica Rocks I'll stick with baker hughes in the gulf. Its much nicer weather here. Baker also pays their field hands better than halliburton anyways.
