Re: Anti sieze on exhaust bolts
To hell with bolts! use studs and nuts, you'll double your chances of getting your exhaust off with out breaking something!

M8 X 1.25 x 40mm long.
Might check with the boat Dr, They were known for selling them. They have an allen insert on one end so that you can hold it from turning.

Re: Anti sieze on exhaust bolts
Here is a 7 piece set on Ebay ( good to have and extra just in case you do loose one). And look it even comes with never-sieze! lol http://www.ebay.com/itm/7-Piece-M8-x-1- ... 8072372%26

Re: Anti sieze on exhaust bolts
Did you loctite the threads, or what keeps the nuts from backing off? Bout to pull block and change gasket and that looks like a viable option.

Re: Anti sieze on exhaust bolts
I may go this route the next time the exhaust comes off. It a bps so it will be back off in 20 or so hours to be welded again.
