A white family stopped at a gas station in Baton Rouge and they (three members) were beat unconcious by blacks, for being white. It was declared not to be a hate crime. Someone explain that one to me.

I actually have to agree with Dean on this one all that is required to get the chp permit is to take a short class that explains the rules one must follow to stay within the law and the legal and civil consequences one could face if they do shoot someone in self defence. Then shoot a target my daughter could hit all day long, pass a background check, pay a few bucks to the state and voila. I dont want for it to be legal for evry crack dealer and crook to walk around town with a gun! Do you?
