So, I am building a floating blind to go in a small thicket of brush in the middle of a lake and have been thinking of ways I can get some thick brush that I don't have to haul out there and wont be all gone by the end of duck season. Since its floating out in some isolated brush I'm not worried about it spreading and taking the area over. I'm thinking of planting kudzu or some other type of vine in pots buckets or something and letting it go wild on the blind then just trimming it back from the shooting holes before duck season.

Has anybody tried something like this or does anybody have any knowledge on how to transplant a kudzu vine.

Never messed with that but rozos r very easy to transplant. That's what I do. Pull up about 18 with the roots and stick them deep. By the time it's nov, u just cut what u don't want there and fold the rest

We don't have Rozo in North Louisiana, and this is in 2-3 ft of water.

I was talking about having soil and plant in some type of container on the blind itself out of water.

Somebody see you get to close to there land with kudzu and might start shooting
