 Gas line
Would it hurt performance on a motor to run a 3/8 inch tube from the gas tank and at the in line fuel filter change to 1/4 inch tube would it still draw the gas fine? I already have the tubing so if it would work it'd save me a lil money.

 Re: Gas line
If your running 8 to 10' of line your fine with the 3/8", if your running any more than that you'll have starvation issues at 3700-3800 rpm meaning you will not turn the 4000-4100 you should be. The problem with the 3/8" line is the amount of weight the pump has to pull from the front of the boat, by dropping to 1/4" line you reduce the amount of fuel weight and still turn proper rpm.
