I had read it already.. It only purports to establish that those who receive are less likely to marry. It does not suggest that if benefits to the poor were eliminated they would be more likely to marry. Single parenthood is on the rise in the middle class, too.

Simply put, education is the key. And if the best education is only reserved for the wealthiest or Whites, we'll never get this solved. So we take all the young kids from New Orleans and Detroit, and transport them to Nebraska and Oklahoma, the Woodlands near Houston, and St. Tammany Parish here in Louisiana, to educate them, we can vertually eliminate crime, the GNP will skyrocket, and we will live in peace for many more years.

bull crap!!! you are worth what the market will pay for your skill set......we do not teach skill sets in school, we learn dates and all about the environment and how evil humans are to the earth.....how about we change the way we educate.....why would someone looking to be a diesel mechanic need to know how to write a paper on climate change???? why not teach them mechanics??? How about the guy striving to be a lawyer.... why would he want to learn mechanics??? he needs college prep school..... this one size fits all education that teaches you very little in needed skills continue??? Also, why do we force these thugs and street urchins of all races to attend school and disrupt the people there trying to learn something??? The liberal education system is failing our citizens and we continue down the same path spending more and more money and getting worse and worse results.....There are also many job training programs these people could do that would make them worth more........Welfare enslaves people in poverty....
