Re: Closeing Weekend TBS I never claimed too support poaching. I'm just sayin alot of people grew up only knowin what they were taught. And we tend to put da people like in da picture wit all dem deer in da same catagory as someone who keeps a couple sac-a-lait out his hoopnet even though he aint supposed to. Yes both are illegal but you would classify sumone who got a speedin ticket a criminal even though he broke da law.

Re: Closeing Weekend Last season I hunted 25+ days out of our 60 day season here in Florida and got checked at least 20 times by multiple GW's. So I would rate them 50/50 as far as the azzholes from the stand up guys. I was also always within my limit and had everything required by law on my boat to avoid trouble. Well the other 50% still gave me a hard time for no clear reason other than the fact I think they hate their jobs or just enjoy trying to make people as miserable as they are.
During the season I literally hunt every other day so these guys saw me so much on the ramp that they knew who I was already. To think that if they didn't find anything wrong with me or my boat the first 19 times they might take it easy but the azzholes were always looking for something. I understand that GW's are needed to protect wildlife from people that have no control and no regard for the law but that doesn't mean that they can treat people disrespectfully. On a positive note, thanks to the massive state deficit and budget cuts, I haven't seen a single one this season.
