2011 Mud Buddy 35hp NON-CDI RPMS?

 2011 Mud Buddy 35hp NON-CDI RPMS?I'm a new owner of a used mud buddy 35 hp non cdi with stage 1 mods.
Today I ran the motor for a good hour or so, but when i would hit WOT it seemed like it hit the rev limiter, when i trimmed the motor down some it would level out at 4330. Re: 2011 Mud Buddy 35hp NON-CDI RPMS? Your safe at 4300. Much more than that though, and you will need to verify that your valve springs are shimmed so you don't float a valve. I'm assuming you have IM heads on the motor, so they should be shimmed, but it won't hurt to check. Check your lash while you have the valve covers off.
