Threaded. To remove, turn counter clockwise. There is a small hole, I believe is 3/8" to 1/2" just below the clutch in the spline adapter. You will need to insert something in that hole to hold backup so that the engine wont turn over when you try to undo the prop. I use a long 3/8" socket extension, stick in into the hole, let it brace against one of the 4 tower bolts then unscrew it. I made a special tool, about 3' long with a hole in one end to help. Kinda like a cheater bar. You could do this with a 2x4 or something else. Drill a hole in one end so that the shaft passes through it. Then slide the 2x4 on, and it will fit against the prop. Turn counter clockwise and it should spin off. If its the first time taking it off and it an older model, be prepared to cus a little. When you put the new prop back on, nickel-ease the threads or anti-seize so that it will be easier to get off the next time.

You should be able to get it done like that.
