Looks like a waste of a perfectly good race mid and speedmaster lower to me!

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
Springs didn't work. The springs that were ordered had too many windings. They would bind up after about a half of revolution. So I still stuck at 33.6 at 4760. But were gonna keep on looking for some spring replacements.

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
Update: New max speed 35.6
I haven't installed the springs yet but I did move some things around. Moved some weight here and there. Ran a few miles down the river. Was holding 34 for as long as I wanted. When I turned the corner, I hit some lite chop. I immediately noticed it pick up speed. When I picked up the GPS, it read 35. It actually bumped 35.6 at 4760 rpm's. If these springs allow for more revs, and I get with Baggy and get the prop dialed in, good lord, look out. image.jpg
Also just for shits and giggles, I decided to weigh a sheet of the plywood I was carrying the other day. 1 sheet weighs 81.6 lbs. I had 18 sheets in my rig for a total of 1468.8 lbs. it ran 28 and bumped 29 a few times.

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
Seriously though, a 3/4" sheet doesn't weigh nearly 80 lbs. Is this rock board or what? I'm not doubting, just my detective skills coming out I guess.

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
1/2" OSB plywood is between 1.5 and 1.7 lbs per square foot. 4x8 sheet is 48 square feet. So 1.5 x 48= 72 lbs. Just so happens that the sheet I weighed was 81.6 which fell at 1.7 lbs per foot. So even if the remaining sheets were 1.5 lbs a foot or less, it's still around 1200 lbs or 4 big fat fucks in your boat running 28.

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
You finished raking leaves yet mutherfucker. You live about 15 min from me. How bout you take some of your raking leaves money and put it on the table. If you have nothing else to add to the conversation then fuck off. I know where you live and I don't play internt forum BS. If you have anything to say about me or to me, I'll drive over there and slap the fuck out of you. And I'll bring the crayons for you to eat when you wake up from your dirt nap. Don't push me, so I read it wrong, it will still run circles around my briggs I had. You live in Praireville, which is a stones throw from me. Just remember that.

It's my on call weekend so I'll be at Academy in my service truck, but I'll see you guys when you get there!!! And no need for apology, I didn't take what you said as something he would say. He's talked about whipping someone's ass for so long that nobody is worried about him actually doing it, there's a difference

Re: Kawi FXT00V "Let the good times roll"
I don't have a lot of time on the new engine, but everytime I take it out, my max goes up. But that max speed was in chop and it blipped it. Still fast but for a real world look at the speed, it held 34 for several miles down and back up the river. My gps app doesn't give me decimals, so I'm thinking it was mid to upper 34's only because the max was 35.6. So without knowing, its just 34.
