looks like it belongs in a modern "art" gallery, with some hipsters staring at it talking about how much angst and hate they can feel from such a disturbing piece.
YA, just hit yall with some culture!

Haters gonna hate bro. Keep up the good work and give us a call at Dixie if you want to work for a cutting edge manufacturer. We're always looking for first class innovative fabricators around here.
This crew just can't stand anything that isn't a Gator Tail. They're all living in the stone age!

There ain't a one of you that's ever even built a bird house so go back to your desk that bitch job and stfu!!! To the guy that made comment about welds you must not know what a weld looks like 26yrs behind the hood around the world. I'm the one they call golden arm. All of you guys must have just got out of college and probably just bought your very first shotgun so let me teach you a quick little lesson,YOU CAN KILL EM 120 YARDS IN THE AIR. LEARN HOW TO SET UP A SPREAD AND WAIT TILL THEY CUP IN.

If I can "kill them 120 yards in the air "then what's the point of setting up a spread?

 Re: sd build
There are only 2 ways people get motivated. One is by manipulation and the other is inspiration. You sir are the latter of the two and I commended you for it.
The easy way would have been to just buy a motor from a factory, yet you chose to design and build it yourself. More Americans need inspiration like you.

 Re: sd build
I just read this again and caught the running into a tree and not being found comment. I hit a tree with a four wheeler once. The tree won. I would not wish that hospital stay on anyone in this world. I am scared of that karma shit. You wish harm on someone and it happens to you. Shit freaks me out man. Make sure to slow down around trees ol boy

 Re: sd build
Actually that was the 8th sd started 9th today and have orders for two more complete units and 4 frames. Looks like somebody is liking them and I'm saving working men money while at the same time giving them a pretty salty motor. For those of you who have mechanical knowledge 1 7/16 OUTPUT 3/4 shaft setup on a 1.5 to 1 ratio with Hopkins props you tell me what they do. I sell my 35hp for 5750 just to show how I'm treating people right

Oh and by the way the only reason people laced into his ass is cause he flipped out like a bitch instead of just laughing it up and asking those more knowledgeable on he what he could improve on, either way it's entertaining

 Re: sd build
How is that saving money for your customer? You can get a proven and very reliable 35hp GDSD with a two year warranty on the entire frame for 5675. Cool that you build motors for your peeps but that is not saving them money.

 Re: sd build
That price includes pulleys belts $315 prop and delivery and I give the same frame warranty but I've went to Subaru Engines and they have a 5yr warranty and copperhead is terribly built so don't compare the 2. I use gates poly chain set up on pulleys and belts with taper lock bushings. All of that because I supply a extra belt is over 600 my cost so there is no comparison when it comes to customer relations

 Re: sd build
It's crazy to see all the weld criticism because the funny thing is These motors are a spin off of my very successful Fabrication business. Two years ago I was wanting a hunting boat went down looked at 18-60 excel with that trash black death. Guy looked at me a said 30000 I told him he was crazy that I could build the whole setup for under 15. Long story short had about 13700in it pulled it to academy sokd it for 17900. That told me that people were getting ripped off so I started doing these after hours. Since Sept I haven't had to shake the bush for work because I can't keep them built fast enough. So hate if you want but do it at that desk working for someone that I'm sure you hate cause I'm my own boss and making a damn good living at the same time
