 move upper gear. ! wearing belt out

Post move upper gear. ! wearing belt out
Ever since I put my lower unit back together the belt it rubbing by the clutch. Belt is too far back? How do I move that gear?? Or is it my belt tension?

I would think you need to move the bottom gear
