Is there anyone in the general SETX area that would know about anything that happed over this way?

This afternoon around 4-5:00 i went down to Trinity river at i10 to see the water levels, theres a road that goes off the exit ramp into the marsh and when I drove by there were 2 trucks parked infront of the road talking to each other parshily blocking the entrance (hispanic people) so i just kept on going, looked at the water level under the bridge, and made the turn around and headed back home. I got onto the entrance ramp and as i was getting into the right hand lane i looked up in the mirror and i saw probably 15 state troopers hauling ass down i10 lights on and sirens blaring and they turn down the entrance ramp and went the wrong way down the ramp im guessing over to where the guys were. Just thought someone here might know something its been bugging me all afternoon to find out lol. It seemed like something pretty serious, i know there has been bodies found down there in the past...

Maybe they thought it was him. Musta been something pretty serious for 10+ state troopers to haul ass the wrong way down an entrance ramp to Trinity River bridge
