Or is it for the protection of watercraft that bases it's opinions of people on their looks and material belongings? Because those are the only two descriptions that would constitute a "shallow watercraft." in this case the word shallow is describing the watercraft itself, not the terrain that the watercraft is designed for...anyone Catch my drift here?

I'm going to create a database which will be accessible to every one from which one will be able to download and view all relevant documents. I'll post up a link to the public table as soon as its created. I will upload some sample bylaws we can use as a template. All those who contributed to the costs to do this will be on the organizational committee. There was someone who volunteered to do multi party online meeting for the organizational meeting, but I don't remember who it was. Perhaps he could post up here or send me a pm so we can coordinate with all who will particpate.
