or, air leak somewhere in the fuel line

Re: 23 hp Vanguard go-devil. Not running right Also make sure you have an inline fuel filter in your fuel line 8-12 inches below your fuel pump where your fuel line attaches. I didn't see one in video. Still run sea foam through it because if you've been running it without a fuel filter the sea foam will help alot.
Also make sure your getting good ventilation in your gas tank, if theres not a solid vent in the top of the cap maybe even unscrew the cap a little.
