Re: Monroe Sorry Bern, was out of town and just saw this. Warehouse #1 is always good for just about everything on the menu. Doe's has a great steak as well.
Waterfront Grill (near ULM) is good. Most people I point that way like the Catfish Desiard, but my favorite is the filet topped with Shrimp Rakhee. Cotton is good, but bring yo fat wallet.
