 MB centrifugal clutch help.
Alright guys looking for some advise. I have a 05 Mud Buddy 35 HD, its remote steer and has a centrifugal clutch I haven't ran it since February or so and when i did all was fine. Today i after spending hours installing a new fuel tank and cleaning up some wiring i cranked it up. At idle everything sounded fine but when i gave it some throttle and the clutch engaged It started making a whining/ friction sound from the top of the housing.I took the cover off to inspect but everything seems fine. Could my Clutch be bad ? if so can i still get a centrifugal clutch for it? Any ideas on what the sound could be? Belt seems fine and has proper tension, there is a little dust inside the housing but i assume thats normal?
Thanks, Jared
