Does anyone have this setup? If so pros and cons. I have a 1644 crawdad and was thinking of swapping boats.

A friend of mine had a 542 War Eagle with a 13 hp LT on it. it was slow with that motor obviously, im sure itd be faster with a 23. but as far as the boat, it was to small for what we did. almost flipped it a couple times in some bigger water on the mississippi. he sold the boat after that year. so pro: good for small water and only hunting 2 guys if loaded with decoys. cons: bad in big water with bigger, faster boats around.

worth mentioning, the 542 he had did not have the pods in the rear, and it had a bench in the middle of the boat instead of the open layout.
