 GTR trans removal
Anyone have a video of the transmission removal on a GTR. Mainly looking to install a cam. Im mechancially inclinded but have never torn down nor seen anyone do it. Dont want to make mistakes or go about it in a manor to which makes it harder or adds extra steps. Also little things like the potential for raised metal/rust on the edge of the crank at the shaft seal. Thanks in advance.

 Re: GTR trans removal
I have done it three or four times now unfortunately lol. I still have not seen a video. The transmission is easy to remove actually. The first half just pulls out once You remove the main shaft extension with a gear puller (a bit of a pain in the rear). The second half is held on by 6 3/16 socket head screws. Make sure you seat the Allen wrench in there well and keep good pressure on it. I came close to ruining my day by letting the wrench slip one time! As you can tell I am not the best at describing it but I am glad to help if you want to message me I can give you my number

 GTR trans removal
I've got a couple guys who has done several but I hate asking for help cause I know they are reluctant and I believe 1 guy is trying to build a business and I am tight for cash. I'd rather do it myself but at the same time I don't want to fudge up something

 Re: GTR trans removal
Does anyone have torque specs for putting the transmission back together? I need to replace my seals on it because I've been out twice and it has blown its oil both times.
