Hydro Turf Alternatives
What is the best alternative to hydroturf that won't break the bank?

Re: Hydro Turf Alternatives
There have been a few posts about some stuff from Sears, I think, that's very similar and cheaper, but I dont recall exactly what it was. It's been a year or 2 since it's been discussed, but the search feature will help you find it. Seadeck is nice, but SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than hydroturf. If you do it yourself, hydroturf isn't too bad on the checkbook.

Re: Hydro Turf Alternatives
I did my 18x48 skiff in grade A diamond pattern hydroturf for 450 bucks. I had enough left over for two ice chests and still have a half sheet for other little projects on the boat. It's worth every penny. My buddy did his for about 100 bucks cheaper because he got the grade B

https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=tHere's one link. Put sears turf in the search and you'll find a few more threads. They have other options mentioned too, that search will show them. #CFFITR #TheGhostBoat #whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor

Re: Hydro Turf Alternatives
B-stock is the way to go. Put it in last weekend. Got b stock with no PSA. used weldwood cement. Made patterns with visqueen and a sharpie. It's a huge improvement.
