Just bought one a week ago but haven't had anytime to put it on the boat yet. I got the leg kit also for setting it up on land. Pretty impressed with it all far.

Looks like a simple functional design. You could help your lines with the netting.

Never seen or hunted out of one. Looks simple and easy. That top might get interesting on a windy day?

I was thinking of buying one and cutting it down a bit to make it a little more lower profile. Would love to hear a review from someone that has one on there boat.

I've got one ordered for my boat just waiting on it to get here. I like the design and the full canvas to keep the wind off your ass

How did you mount the end that is towards the stern of the boat? I'm interested in one of these but the 11ft model is still too short to go all the way from stern to my deck.

It doesn't fold up as nice as a scissors style blind but its not too bad. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow of it folded down for transporting.

I used the camo system light weight netting in the killer camo color. It took two sheets of the large (20'x8') and one sheet of the small (10'x8'). Bought it from Cadelas.

I'd like to know this also. And if anyone knows, does the frame or the blind extend beyond the sides of the boat? I have some narrow places to get through between trees. Also, how does it go down the road. I have one of these in my "basket" at Cabelas right now, just waiting on more information before I commit.

Anything that folds down with grass attached to it that gets when sucks when you are in 20 degree weather. Everything freezes and becomes a major pain in the dick. I guess you would have to hunt in freezing temperatures to really understand but collapsing boat blinds are a huge pain in the ass in cold weather. Been doing it for 15 years and aint none of them worth a shit.

Been hunting in freezing temps for 20 plus years in Minnesota and never had a single problem with any of them freezing up, you just can't be a pussy:smile:

I guess I'm just a pussy....

But, I'm a pussy who year after year puts 300+ Canada's in my boat in sub freezing temperatures and is sick of dealing with fold up blinds that freeze and are a pain to set-up.

To each his own.

^^. Moved to badass thread. It will fold up nice especially if you get some heaters going keeping it a toasty 80 degrees inside. Get the bacon and eggs cookn you will be sitn pretty. It goes to show how comfy those blinds can be with a heater. I used to have one. When I was hunting alone I would get that heater going strong, get on you porn and crank one out in the slow time. The dog would stare at me sometimes and freak me out so I would turn my back to him. Now I have a blind that won't hold any heat and I dread whipn it out just to take a piss.
