I'm trying to make some smoked deer sausage like the processors do! To make it simple we can go by the pound and I can multiply by the pounds I want to make! Like how much season for 1 pound? How much and what kind of cure do you use for 1 pound?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

John Folse has a pretty good cook book you could probably check out. He's got a few sausage and boudin recipes in there. Sent from my beeper |
