A different sort of taco
Started with some center cut chop pig meat White wine and high heat sears the meat. Chop some cabbage and jalapeƱo and mix with my mayo and a few other things and make my slaw Roasted red pepper from the brown bag, a couple green pepper slices, throw a couple cherry tomatoes and cilantro with red onion in the mix. Shredded sharp and a squeeze of lime to top. Broil the potatoes with some fresh tarragon and olive oil. And brush with some garlic oil when they come out

Potatoes are a waste of space. Throw two or three more of those tacos on the plate and I'm in (they look OK too, just with another meal) heheh

Kids needed something else. I usually do something for them that's relatively normal and get them to expand on something else. Mine don't do the mc Donald's thing. It's predominately wild game or fish in this house.

Good plan. McDonald's once in a while is ok, but every week or day, not so much. I learned how to cook young, and prefer that. Still do too much fast food myself.
