Cook your meat, then add pasta, and 1 gallon of water for 5lbs pasta and cook till pasta is done. Wayyyy easier to cook than a jambalaya. If you used too much water, cook a little longer. Not enough??? add water. Dont even need to cover it.

Yea. Wild pork, chicken, sausage. We've made em with doves. If you're using chicken or a quick cooking meat, we usually take the meat out after cooking then cook your vegies then add the meat pasta and water. Or you can leave it in and it will almost dissapear. Ie no chunks

The wife made a crawfish etouffee with pasta instead of rice and I have to admit I wanted to kick her out the house, but after eatin it, it may be better than with the rice.
