He just got back from Afghanistan , PTSD , went missing. Killed himself . I picked up the story from some guys I served with. I posted this initially when they were still looking for him. They found him Sunday or Monday. Sad story!! |

I really feel for our vets. I try to thank anyone I know or see in uniform. Tell them they do the right thing. I know many that were kids and moved on to the military. But does anyone know what is going on? Why so many suicides from the last 12 years? Is the PTSD deeper now or something? Has anyone said why it is affecting our military people so much? Or is it the home front that they are coming home too that just do not seem to understand? Any ideas? |

Wish I knew whats going on. Friend of mine tried to end his life about 8 weeks ago. By some grace of God, the bullet stopped in his eye socket. Hes actually home now and is recovering but is being watched constantly and is visiting a head doctor regularly. He served 8 years in Afghanistan and Iraq. |
