Under the act, the federal government gives annual lump sums to the states to use to assist the poor. In turn the states must adhere to certain criteria to ensure that those receiving aid are being encouraged to move from welfare to work. Though some have criticized the program, many acknowledge it has been successful. Someone please educate me on how giving out mother fucking cells phones (LifeLine Program), giving out $700/month for food to have these sorry fucks swap it out for $350 cash to get high, giving illegal fucking aliens drivers' licenses and a right to vote and govt subsistence.....some please tell me how this is encouragement.
