If Colorado can ignore federal laws for weed than I believe there would be a good defense with the backing of the 2nd amendment |

As it states, it really doesn't mean anything, but it's a good way to show Washington (especially the swing votes) how our states feel... |

Alabama may ignore them, but see what that excuse gets you when ATF indicts you in Federal Court. Medical marijuana growers have tried it in Colorado when the DEA hauls them off to the feds. It dont work. http://www.dailybulletin.com/news/ci_22 ... xas-prison |

You see where Arizona gov signed bill that would make the destruction of guns bought through government organizaed buybacks illegal. The wording of the new law requires that whenever a government sponsored gun buyback takes place the guns acquired must be publicly auctioned off, just like every other piece of non-evidence property. Said to much tax dollars were spent to just destroy!! |

we have the second amendment, pot growers aint got shit....... I will defend my rights as stated in the bill of rights......If there is an attempt to alter the 2nd amendment of just ignore it, ill fight. Im 40 years old now, lived a good life and i aint skeered to die defending my childrens right to defend themselves from criminals. dosent matter whether they are low life criminals or the political class criminals my children will retain the ability to protect themselves. And if atf shows up, Ill say howdy neighbor.......Ive got an atf agent as a neighbor and from discussions weve had, i think he is on the side of the citizenry. If not, it would get ugly. aint nobody taking my guns. |
