Josh - I am not a huge fan of Breitbart, but the stats on the article are rock solid. It is interesting to note that most of America has seen a drop in crime, but those democrat run cities that have not seen a Republican mayor in fifty plus years are the cities with the huge jumps in crime. Some are calling it the Ferguson effect. I think it more real to call it the Obama effect. His social policies are having the same effect here, as his diplomacy policies are having in the middle east. |

One of the most interesting paragraphs from that article is this - "The rise in crime is, of course, all part of the Left’s Cloward-Piven strategy to further empower central government, and the elite few who benefit from it, by stoking despair and fear — which only increases dependence on the same federal government intentionally causing the problem." There is a liberal strategy of making crime go up, so Americans will desire a federal government step-in. When has a president ever injected opinion and chaos into local police affairs? Obama called police "stupid" when they arrested his friend in Mass, but it turned out the police where in the right. Obama flapped his gums over the Trayvon incident, and it turned out that Trayvon was the criminal thug. He injected in the Mike Brown case, and Mike was the thug. This is not accidental, it is on purpose, and it has an end goal. The idea being put out from Obama is that you people are to stupid to elect a mayor who appoints a city police chief. You are to stupid to elect a Sherriff. "You did not build that". You are to stupid to get your own health care. You are not smart enough to get your own phone, and you need an ObamaPhone. It takes Obama to police your city and govern you. It is just another way for him to grow the federal gov, take away individual freedom. They are purposely generating racial strife and division, stoking the fires of riots and violence. |
