I remember my first bow. I had a blast with it. Looks like he will love the outdoors when he is older. Glad to see that in a youngster. |

Good deal. How old is he and what pound pull draw length and model is that? I would like to get mine doing some bow shooting but as crazy as he is, there would be cats and dogs stuck to fences and squirrels stuck to trees everywhere. When we were in the swamp the other week, he said if we see a gator, were going to shoot him, cook him, eat him, and then find another one to shoot. |

Its a Mini Genesis by Mathews. Draw weight is 6-12 #s and has no set draw length or let off. Its like pulling a recurve but you can put a rest and sights on it to get them use to it. By boy is 3.5 yrs old. Its a great bow for a kid. The Original Genesis is the same princple with the next level of draw weight. Plus you can always use it for bowfishing when he isn't looking.
