thats a canvasback,shallow.wasted 6 shells to knock that tough mofo down.half a mile in open bay and another 4 shells later it died. and the kids shoot as good or better than most hunters ive seen,this is their 5th season. and giga,that thing wasnt even close to tasting as good as a coot. just like them greenheads,waaaay overrated! id take a teal,spoonbill,gadwall,or coot in the pot over that glorified crap yall chasin' any day. i will say that a blackiron pot full o pintails is mighty tasty,as long as it aint them big ole nasty long-neck drakes with the rusty white on em. |
