Hunted yesterday morning by myself, got my limit of ducks: pintail drake, 3 gadwall, and 2 blue wings... then decided to go fish and caught my limit in reds and bunch of specks but only one keeper in the box. Due to time restrictions I only had maybe 30-40 min to fish before going back to check station to show them the birds. The 3rd red didnt make the pic.. he was right at 20" and didnt feel like taking the chance of GW checking it and it being to small! All in all a good day!!

@ west end... you need to make a trip down here man.. fishing is unreal right now. Keith lake is teaming with fish.. but im sure its the case overe there in houston area too. |

nice! I have a nice fly rod I bought from bass pro a long time ago, but never have gone redfishing with it. You doing any good hunting so far this season? Its slow over here man.. nothing to keep the birds here |

They been feeding under the bright moon south of the intercoastal all night with very little flight during shooting hours.... the next couple weeks should be really good where you can find water. Cold fronts moving in and moon waneing. |

another good day, this past sunday.. killed 21... brought in 15  .... definitely wish I still had my dog to find some of those downed birds that got away! ... Tried doing a little fishing afterwards.. caught a few specks, but a little too choppy to do worth a dam. |
