Me and dad went fishing back there and caught some nice bream and 2 crappie. I had no clue there were any crappie in that damn river. I was pretty surprised! |

There are good crappie back in those old riverruns. The story I heard was they were goin back there to clean out that old river bed. One went down, the other went down to rescue the first. They gave up after that. As my granddad said " The Hatchie Givith and the Hatchie Takith Away" |

They stuck the first one then went in with that big Cat to get it out. Once both were stuck they left them both and claimed them on insurance. Definitely an expensive fuck up. Someone lost their job over that for sure. |

Drake I hunt up there and went to UTM. Hatchie has to be atleast 13' or so at Hwy 18 to get back there. No chance to get back there now. |
