 Re: Florida Mud
I work in Tallahassee and live in Bainbridge. I've been driving mud motors around these parts since 1997. We don't have the kind of soupy mud you see on those videos. Best places to run a mudmotor around here are Lake Iamonia, Lake Miccosukee or Lake Jackson. Or you can drive up to Lake Seminole and really give it a hydrilla, lilly pad workout and find some neat trails. Just be careful of the airboat trails and you will probably want a buddy boat with you in case you get real stuck. We just had a mini-mud run at Seminole this past weekend with 10 boats. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-un7NGaDHUReal stuck they were. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTRSWtScpDU

 Re: Florida Mud
pardon me for askin, but why buy a mud motor if you don't have anywhere to run it that a regular outboard wouldn't run?

 Re: Florida Mud
Lake jackson mik and iomonia are nothin but lilly pads and big grass mats and real shallow...the places i hunt with out a mud motor you can just dream about.
