 Stupid question Do I mount my 35 gdsd center transom or off center I have heard both don't know what the benefit to off center would be

The GDSD has no tiller torque.....
Some other brands have significant tiller torque and off-center
mounting would be an attempt to deal with such torque...

What style motor - tall or standard - and what style transom do you have - what is the exact height from hull bottom to top of transom ???

Re: Stupid question I had my GTR almost 2 inches offset. When we built the huntdeck, I centered it up. I cant tell a difference. Just throw it on there and roll.

Re: Stupid question center mount it. unless you have a center rib on your boat then set it a inch to your port side. Less turbulace to the prop that way.
