 NEED HELP does any one know about weldbuilt I have a 1752 weldbuilt with a 20 inch transom it is not a flat bottom boat I will not be driving it through mud just shallow water and in the river

Re: NEED HELP does any one know about weldbuilt Do u thinnk a surface drive motor would run very good on that weldbuilt I'm either bout to buy a surface drive or a 70 hp yamaha. But I still won't somethin that I can run up the river with 3 or 4 guys in high water

If you purchase a 35+ HP MudMotor, then you wont have a problem running with 3-4 guys. Though, you will only be looking at speeds of 23-26MPH. If ou have a 70hp outboard, then you will exceed 40mph.
