Is there any at all performance benefit to gutting stock exhaust on the 37 efi ???

No. You can't get any performance increase without being able to tune the fuel map. But for your enjoyment you can bolt on as many parts as you'd like while you're waiting to buy a programmer 8-)

It's simple. get a mud motor. shoot ducks in the face.
