 Frog gigging lights
What headlamps does everyone use for frog gigging. Was looking at the heavy duty lamp rigs but found some cheap LED ones on Amazon that look pretty bright. What's everyone's thoughts and opinions go!?

Leds aren't the best for seeing a frogs eyes.
Get a hardhat light with an aircraft bulb.

They pretty simple to make if you are a DIY guy.

Pop rivets, springs, switch, metal funnel and a bulb. Built this thing back in the late 80's. Still rolling!

 Re: Frog gigging lights
The blue hard hat is my go-to. The other two are spares. Tried to "air condition" a hard hat by drilling holes through it. Got two HID auxiliary lights for something cheap at Wally World. They work pretty decent for frogging....nowhere near the intensity of the other one, though.
