I just had a great experience with LED Lenser Customer Service. Got a P-14 flashlight and H-7 headlamp a few years back at a gunshow. Broke off a brass prong on the battery compartment trying to remove some battery corrosion so I contacted LED Lenser and they had me send my light in. No questions asked, they said they’d try to replace the part or send me the new P-14.2 version at no cost, just shipping to get my light there. It just came in the mail today, brand new P-14.2 light (with batteries). A+ in my book. Both the flashlight and headlamp are amazing products. They have an adjustable focus, dimmer and they use normal batteries. Check them out.
