 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
I bought a 12v lawn mower battery for $32. Lite weight and dont have to worry about draining my cranking battery. But this will be no issue with this speaker. I played it rough 26-30hrs before needing to charge the battery. It draws very little power.

I have a UE Boom; it's splash resistant and it sounds absolutely incredible for $189.

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
I have the stealth 10 absolutely love it. Very load and very clear easy install and doesn't use a lot of battery. I ran a 20" light bar two hard hat lights and a hand held spot light and the sound bar for about 3 hrs and then just the sound bar for another 10 and had over 70% battery life left. Now I do run 2 size 27 battery's but still that's pretty good life. And I actually turn on my sound bar while hanging out at the house for a outside radio

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
Anybody have up close pics of the sound bar installed under the front deck? I'm wondering how low it hangs and will it allow removal of the gas tank for refueling. Also, does it come with wire harness or did you buy that separately? I'm interested in getting one but that's the only place I can imagine mounting it. I have a GTail CC with rear enclosed box.

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
Not the best pic but I've got a permeant tank hope that helps. Yes it does come with all the wiring you will need.

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
Gds - how much clearance between the floor and bottom of the speaker? Does it mount to the vertical leg of the deck or to the bottom of the deck itself? Looks like you may have a prodigy...I'm wondering if this will work with a GTail.

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
They come with several different mounting options I used the slide bolts and mounted it to the bottom lip on my deck but it comes with side legs as well that u can mount several ways. They also come with all the wiring. One positive one negative for your power and also has a auxiliary input and output for adding other speakers. My bar is 15 feet away from me and I can hear it fine when running wide open. Also on the size the housing is the same size as a light bar

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
For you guys running the Stealth Bars with removable gas tanks, is there enough room to slide the tanks out without having to wiggle them out? I'm torn between getting the Stealth 6 or 10 as far as room wise. And those running the 6, is it loud enough to hear over the motor while running?

 Re: waterproof bluetooth speakers
I personally have never heard the 6 but I have a friend that owns a custom side by side business and we were talking bout them the other day and he told me the 10 is a lot better than the 6 cause I told him I thought about the 6 but decided to go big or go home. As far as removing in the tanks my boat has 21 in sides and a 3 in lip coming down my flush mounted deck and I have prolly about a foot from the bottom of my bar to the floor
