I cracked the prop shaft housing on my GT. Brought it to Hoyt to have fixed and he took good care of me. Without going into detail, the work being handled under warranty was questionable at best. They could have easily told me that the motor was out of warranty or not their fault it broke. But, they fixed it right up no prob. Just thought I'd put out the good word in case someone was wondering which company stands behind their product. I don't know about the other manufacturers, but Gator Tail sure does. |

Thanks for telling us about your good experience. It is really nice of you to tell the world of the good GT has done.. Most people keep the good to themselves, but Run their mouthes about the BAD. GOOD JOB GATORTAIL !! |

Yeah I've had some warranty work done on the housing the brake sheared off and broke the housing with it when my prop seized up on my output shaft... They replaced it all and I was back running the next weekend. Many of y'all remember James & I working on it at the Mud Bugs & Mud Boats Run in Wallisville this year. |

Yep, they allways take care of me. I've even called on weekends and they answered da phone and helped me out. |

Sounds like a lot of shaft problems...  I've run a mud buddy for 5 years and never had any problems with my shaft...
