Post Steelflex up the sides or just bottom????
Fixin to order some steelflex for my boat. Should I stop it at the edge of the bottom or come up the side a few inches. If I am to stop it at the edge do I just tape of the edge like paint?

It wouldn't hurt to put it a couple inches up the side. Anywhere the hull drags in the water, it will help to have it. And yeah, just tape it off like your painting.

It can't weigh more than it does when its in the can. What does the can weigh full? 10 lbs? 20-25 at the most? Spread out over close to a hundred square feet, it aint gonna weigh the boat down.

It's a 2-part expoxy. How heavy could it be.... ????

When I put mine on, I went up the sides about 3 inches or so - good if you get stopped in shallow mud or veg's to get it moving sideways and out.
