I just picked up a 23 Go-Devil longtail at a really good price and I am wondering if it will work on my 14x36 all-welded hull. I know its probably a little big for it but I have to have the small boat to hunt the areas I hunt. I dont want to sink it that wouldnt be fun. Thanks. |

all you can do is try it, jus watch sharp turns and keep some weight in the front, may wana put your tank and battery up front, . . o and wear that kill switch. |

i can PROMISE you will be scared shitless at first but you'll get the hang of it. wear your kill switch and have plenty weight on the front like they said and you should be fine. |

Thanks guys for the input. I finally got out on the water this afternoon I just went to Bayou Desiard because its close to the house. I was surprised at how the boat handled I never felt uneasy or skittish. I think that this boat being rated commercial and with those ankle breaking ribs in it that its a sturdy ride. I GPS'D it at 19.6 deep water which is all I ran it in. I had about a foot of free board in the rear which I can live with. I believe its gonna be a bad ass little duck rig for those tight spots. Thanks Ron |

1432 = Deathtrap. I have one in the pond and its dangerous with a big trollin motor. ![]() It just doesnt have the bottom area to do much with all the weight. There have been many a 1432's flipped over when you sneeze. |
