Noticed on them 35 models right under the air cleaner there is an angle Iron. What is that used for? Some type of handle to tilt the engine or what?

I heard it was there to bang your head on to help it back up better in the thick stuff! Which is a good idea IMO because those plastic air filter covers crack easy and are a little expensive to keep replacing!
