Do I mount my 35 gdsd center transom or off center I have heard both don't know what the benefit to off center would be |

Dead center as accurately as possible.... The GDSD has no tiller torque..... Some other brands have significant tiller torque and off-center mounting would be an attempt to deal with such torque... |

Transom height is the critical factor for the GDSD..... What style motor - tall or standard - and what style transom do you have - what is the exact height from hull bottom to top of transom ??? |

I had my GTR almost 2 inches offset. When we built the huntdeck, I centered it up. I cant tell a difference. Just throw it on there and roll. |

I drove a GDSD 35 on a GD boat and it would torque over hard. |

center mount it. unless you have a center rib on your boat then set it a inch to your port side. Less turbulace to the prop that way. |
