Federal game warden working the Lacassine Refuge out of Lowry is running a center console gatortail. But the best part is that he doesn't like it and has ordered and is waiting on delivery of MudBuddy.

Hervey has had that boat for a long while I think. But he usual just sits at the boat ramp and checks people.

yea they have them over here in big branch and pearl river also the one thing that surprises me though is they dont have a clue on where there at or how to run around the cuts they mainly stay in the big passes

they came and checked me out several times hunting and every time they asked he how i got there because they were in the main cut i said well there is four differnt ways to get in here and i had to show him all the ways then they asked me for directions on how to get to some other hunters thats when i just asked for there map and said you are here, they are here

i dont know about yalls area but im glad to see them out here because there are some wahoos that hunt out here

When I passed by winstons house the other day I saw a MM in his yard so you know they will be running around the spillway this year.

Mississippi must be poor opening morning they were going around checking us and i sat there and watch the guy sit in deep water 400 yards from the pond i was in, knowing he could see me but his 115 yamaha on a 20 foot bay boat and gettin near that pond. I think he was a slight bit pissed when we were done hunting and we drove right out the pond and took the last cut in shallow water and ran back past him heading to the launch.

I dont mind getting checked. But they should not be allowed to do it right in the middle of your hunt unless they know for a fact you are breaking the law. Not enough birds around to have them possibly screw you on any that may come by. I can say this about them in a MM, the only way they gonna catch anyone in that CC rig is if they give up. I doubt they gonna bust the brush in hot persuit and scratch them purty GatorTail rigs............ Trading a GT in for a MB, like going from a Caddy to a VW ain't it????????

Up here in Wisconsin/Minnessota the wardens ordered like i heard 13 pro drives from the dealership that use to be in Winona. I have only been checked by one this year we hunted Wisconsin side of the river first and jumped shot some birds on the Minnesota side later and he come flyin up to us. He though for sure we didn't have Mn license was kinda a hard ass. Strip searched the whole boat only time thats ever happend. WATCH OUT.

ive never been checked ever while i was hunting till i went to lake o the pines, they dont care if they mess your hunt up or not they coming anyway. sunday we seen a airboat coming and we thought they was hunting they pulled up on the end of a island, hell i thought they was dropping the boat off to hunt well as it got lighter i seen em setting in the boat, turns out it was 4 of them suckers watching us through some binoculars seeing if we was screwing up. i dont even care to hunt there anymore. never had 1 GW check me on patman on the water, they are usually waiting up the road and then pull u over.

The game wardens here had mudmotors before anybody else did. Uncle Sam's pockets are deeeeep. Probably because it's all of our pockets put together. :|

My buddies and I were hunting Four Rivers Conservation area in Southwest Missouri opening day last year and around 9 am 2 wardens showed up in a go-devil longtail. they pulled up right in the middle of our spread. I was kinda pissed. they were wearing drake jackets and stuff. Only way I could tell they were the law was I could see their guns and badges once they were within 15 yards of us. They were fairly nice, but still kinda pissed they were not more easliy identified.

They will check you here while you are hunting, for no reason. It don't matter to them.

We had a GW check our dove field last year. My buddy and his dad were getting checked when some doves came by. The warden told his dad to go ahead and shoot. They were both sitting on dove stools and the warden was squatting down by them. His dad didn't stand up. One blast on one side of his head and two on the other. I know his ears rang for a week. He just said "well you got me pretty good, but I told you to shoot. Won't do that again."

I already figured if I get checked this year while something is coming, I'm just gonna open palmed wail the goose call as loud and obnoxious as I can while he's asking me for my license until the birds are completely out of sight, then get shitty cause he messed up my draw.
