i am about to upgrade from a 27 hp pro-drive to a 36. my 27 has around 300 hours on it and well maintained, new lower unit etc. pretty much perfect condition and has a new prop. im looking to get $2500 for it without any reverse. i bought it without reverse for 2500. is my price reasonable, should i go up or down.

i bought it used already and put a new lower unit on it and the hydro reverse. so thats 1000 that i put into it. i bought it with 70 hours

whenever i bought it it didnt have reverse and had winch trim and im not selling my hydro reverse ima put that on my 36. cant live without it, so thats why i didnt say that. if i would include the reverse it would have to be 3000

if its been taken care of, 3000 with hydro trim/reverse sounds like a good deal

yeah i take excellent care of it. put royal purple oil in it every 30 hours something breaks i fix it and fix it right, deffinately a nice motor.
