wat kind of speeds should i be looking at with a 27 prodrive on a 15x3 1/2 semi vee bateau?

My first Prodrive boat was a 15' X 42" semi V SeaArk and it did well. By myself I would run about 25-26 mph.

It was a heavy engine on the boat though. I had to put the gas tank and battery in the front and still would only have about 3 inches freeboard on the stern with short transom.

Not enough power in real thick veggies. Did alright in mud but nothing compared to my 36.

And all this depends on the driver. After you learn the tiller you can make it through alot more stuff.
