 need some advice on mud buddy
i have a 35 vanguard with 15 hours on it and cant get on plane with 2 people dag and decoys. does ok minus dogs and decoys

how many rpms are you running? in nuetral and in the water? have you measured your prop and compared to a stock prop? start there

What kind of boat do you have it on length and width as well.

rpms in water are 3850-3900 full throttle in water and 4200 on land in neutral. prop was a 10x11 but is down to 10.5 wide. Manufacturer said the new tiger 12.25 would solve the problem waht do u think?

Definately start with a new prop. Shoulda had the big blade on there to begin with, but 1/2" is alot of wear regardless.

thats what i am hearing thanks bought the rig used with 13 hours on it that was the factory set up came as a pre rig boat motor trailer
