rpms in water are 3850-3900 full throttle in water and 4200 on land in neutral. prop was a 10x11 but is down to 10.5 wide. Manufacturer said the new tiger 12.25 would solve the problem waht do u think?

Definately start with a new prop. Shoulda had the big blade on there to begin with, but 1/2" is alot of wear regardless.
