Ok, Gang ... what's your opinion on running my fiberglass boat (16 ' Carolina Skiff "Lil Jon" / 23 GDLT) in 1 to 1 1/2 " of ice? Am I getting ready to tear something up? Yea, I need an alumimum boat, but when you'r retired ya got to run what ya got. How about it, Utah crew? |

People here run Carolina Skiffs and similair fiberglass boats through ice that thickness, just as all the people with aluminum boats do. You'll be fine, just take it easy. |
